For this discussion, expand on this theory or style and analyze what you have learned about yourself to describe your personal leadership philosophy. Provide a brief example from your experience where emotional intelligence was used—or could have been used—to improve or facilitate a complex situation. Consider how this relates to the theory or style you have identified as your own.
